- What are your minimum order quantities?

Packaging varies by format — pre-rolled cones from one tower, mylar bags, exit bags, and dropper bottles from 100 units, and child-resistant tubes from a 1,000-count case. Custom minimums are higher and differ by product. Each product page lists its exact MOQ and order increment.
- How does volume pricing work?
- Every product page shows a price-break ladder with quantity and per-unit price. When your order crosses a tier, the lower rate applies automatically at checkout. For custom branding or contract-scale programs, request a quote.
- Can I customize hardware and packaging?
- Yes. Add your logo, colors, and finishes, or co-develop a custom format. Custom minimums and lead times are quoted per product — each product page lists its custom MOQ — and every order includes artwork proofing before production.
- Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
- Yes. Empti provides free samples to verified, licensed businesses planning a bulk or custom order. Contact us with your license details and the products you are evaluating, and we will arrange samples so you can confirm fit, finish, and airflow on your own filling line before committing to a full run.
- Is your packaging compliant?
- Our child-resistant formats are certified to CPSC and ASTM standards. Certificates of analysis and compliance documentation are available on request for state filings.
- How fast do orders ship?
- In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days from US warehouses; transit time then depends on carrier and destination. Customized orders typically ship 4–6 weeks after artwork approval.
- Do you ship to every state?
- Empti ships to the continental United States only — 48 states plus Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Standard shipping is priced by destination zone and orders of $100 or more ship free on Standard; pallet freight is quoted separately.
- What if my hardware arrives defective or damaged?
- Report manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will replace the affected units or issue a credit after review. Damage in transit is a separate claim: document it with photos at delivery and contact us within 5 business days. Custom orders are non-returnable except for a verified manufacturing defect.
- What warranty covers batteries and hardware?
- All Empti hardware, including batteries, is covered against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. Report an issue within that window with your order number and photos and we will replace the affected units or issue a credit after review. The window covers manufacturing defects only — not wear from normal use, and not transit damage, which is a separate claim filed within 5 business days of delivery.
- Can I order tax-exempt for resale?
- Yes, if your business buys for resale or holds a valid exemption. Apply through our tax exemption page with your legal business name, certificate or permit number, and the states it covers; review usually takes about two business days. Approved exemptions apply to future orders, and you can keep ordering while we review.
- Can I get COAs and test documentation for my state filings?
- Yes — COAs, CR certifications, and spec sheets are available on request for licensed operators. COAs are tied to production lot numbers, so include your product handle or order number when you ask. Child-resistant packaging formats are tested to CPSC 16 CFR 1700.20, the federal special-packaging standard.
- Who can buy from Empti?
- Empti sells to licensed cannabis operators and brands in the United States, and you must be at least 21 years old to use this site or place an order. Products are intended for use by adults 21 and over in markets where they are permitted. State-specific regulatory requirements are the operator's responsibility to verify before sale.
